Illegal advertising have residents fuming

Complaints of illegal sign posters and pamphlets are rolling off residents’ tongue these days.

“Illegal signs plastered all over our community are making our beautiful city look dirty and shabby,” a fed up resident said about the hideous sight of offensive posters popping up in the streets of eMalahleni.
